Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. To ensure optimal service and availability to all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. On the second instance of a cancellation that is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedules and accommodate every client.
